Nonetheless, these stencils are designed to stick to the surface of your project while you paint. The yellow hue offers a visible base to help find the vinyl when applied. Then, it shall be peeled off after the paint dries or is oven cured leaving little to no residue. It is safe in ovens up to 250 degrees. I've purchased 3 sets of stencils from these guys. The quality is great. The cuts are MOSTLY complete. I lost a few tiny details in my barbed wire stencils because they were still attached to the part I was pulling off. No big. I was using Frog tape (green masking tape) for my transfer backing tape instead of a regular clear transfer tape. That probably didn't help with the details. I'll post pics as my projects near completion. I used the barbed wire female stencil for electro etching an the results are amazing! The lines are SUPER CRISP! Pics coming when the etching is complete. The tribal biohazard stencils are going to be used on a Zombie rifle. Pics coming!
