Wicked Robin Hood Green Deluxe Elf Hat with Feather - Medieval Costume Accessory for Cosplay, Renaissance Fairs & Themed Parties

I ordered this hat for our grandson who loves the movie Robin Hood. The hat arrived today. First, it won't stand up tall, it just droops over to one side due to being folded over during shipping from England - yes, England with a surprise $10 shipping and handling fee on a $7.96 item. Didn't see these fees until the order was placed and confirmed. Second, the feather in the cap is so mangled and broken it will have to be cut off and a new one from the craft store glued on. It's so expensive to send the item back it won't be worth it so I will fix it the best and I can and just give the hat to our grandson as opposed to making it a Christmas gift. Bummer.
