Access port for charging was too easy for our Border Collie Mix. Within one hour of playing, she had ripped off the cover.You need to change this design. Her last interactive ball was designed to unscrew the ball and take out the inside battery to charge. This ball lasted about 1 year.It was intended to be a playtime toy with a border collie, collie and/or cats, but nobody was interested in it. The border collie likes to retrieve, but you can’t toss it or it will break. You can only roll it around on a hard floor.it is very amazing toy！！my dog likes it so much！！Great materials. It’s easy to charge and the battery lasts for a long time. And it also has many color options. I got my dog the green one and my cats got the pink one. They both like to chase it around the house.This is a puppy toy that feels well-made with just the right amount of weight. The self rolling aspect simulates the puppy play time with minimal learning curve while promoting a ton of exercise. It is super convenient to be able to recharge the toy with a USB charger instead of having to replace with batteries.Overall, very happy with the product and definitely will be getting a few more as gifts for other furry friends.My dog love it
